2. As the distribution agent of Shanwo Lighting, we will give certain support conditions:

a. the protection of the market area, in the sales area of Shanwo dealers shall not be sold with other dealers, not direct sales of terminal customers, there are terminal customers to consult directly to the distribution agency.

b. For customers who complete the goal, the company will give rebate rewards.

c. For product technology, the company will regularly explain the product technology to the dealers, and the company will make training or send relevant personnel to guide and communicate.

d. for the distribution of agents, the goods from the company out of the working day, within 2 years of the new, for 2 years after the need for maintenance, the agent to pay the corresponding spare parts cost, the company to help repair.

e. When the distribution agents promote the brand of "Samvol Shanwo Lighting", the company provides promotional color pages, corresponding showcases, etc., to better publicize and display the company's products.

f. Distribution agents in the case of conditions met, the company to assist in network operation, provide training and management mode (such as Tmall, Taobao, Jingdong...... ）。
